Power Automate

Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) is a service that helps you create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more.
After a form or Power App is created a flow typically will be created to follow up with the data submission. In many cases users need to be notified with Email or some other form of alert when a form is filled out.
Flow connects to many features in Office 365 like SharePoint, Power Apps, Outlook, OneDrive, Forms, Power BI, Planner, To Do, SQL, CRM, Dynamics, Excel and more!
Interestingly Flow also connects to many 3rd party products like Twitter, Facebook, Google Drive, Slack, Gmail, Trello, Instagram and many more!
Flow comes with many out of the box templates to quickly get you started.
